4. Property Marketing BeginsThis is when your property starts to get exposure across the media. This includes our comprehensive website, magazines, email and other PR efforts. This also includes accompanied viewings for your property.
5. Offers and Agreements to SellWe can notify you of any offers received for your property via telephone or in writing. 6. Time for Exchange of ContractsYour solicitor will now work with the buyer’s solicitors and draw up the contract of sale. But once the contracts have been agreed, exchanged and a date of completion set, you are now under a legal obligation to sell your property to the buyer. 7. Congratulations! The Sale Is Now CompleteThis is when your solicitor will inform you on the agreed completion date and that everything has gone smoothly and you have the money and the buyer has a new property in their name.
